Maybe, But Steve gets lost on his own too!!! And it was Steve leading Dave!! Dave gets blamed for most things but in this case I think Steve is always the tour leader hehehhehe. Even getting lost on the 120km race with big arrows in the road. But then having said that when most marks were up in trees why would you suddenly start looking down for marks.
I think its the BG way to have as little signage as possible so people do get lost!!

Thank you Gerry, i am absolutely and totally blameless for any eventuality..... if someone is stupid enough to follow me, its not my fault.. if someone trusts me to not get them lost, i cannot be held responsible for their inability to see past their mist of inexperience (they didn't know me very well)...
I find that getting lost, and i mean well lost... is actually a skill that is sadly dying out, i have a mind, and in recent years some experience, to resurrect this ancient art...

Heli boarding in Borovets, i didn't think our week away could get any better but that would be the icing on the cake.If this does come off i better start saving some more pennies as ill be on that Helicopter every day. Now im really getting excited. Unfortunatly Trish doesn't share the same excitement as me and thinks this might be a little to dangerous, but me thinks she is wrong, just bloody good fun!!!!! and would make the go down even better.

Hi All,

Route etc will all be set by the pilot(s) and at the moment, we don't have much more information other than they want us to manage it and they will decide cost / route etc once they can sort out permissions.

JoJoskier / Mr M - we will endeavour to have an answer by Monday, however it may take longer to get an answer. We will let you know ASAP!

Hi ya

We asked again today and at the moment we are still waiting for them to set the prices in Sofia and to get the permission....You know what it's like here, it could be a very long wait and they may also only allow it if it is run by the resort but regardless of who manages it, it will something new and we will update you as soon as we have any info!

Daniel Glascoe tried the same here last year but they would only allow him to fly around the town. So he was running excursions for 20-30mins flight around the Razlog valley. Not sure if he is doing it this year.
