Thanks Galina
I'm just back.
And yes, open slopes are 1, 6 and two. All in good condition, especially 1 was very good
The 3,4 and five are still shut. There isn't a lot of snow needed though. About the same as last week and we're on
Also went to Stoikite run.
It was awsome for about half way down
Beacause it got pisted and we were the only ones to try it
Had to walk out the last bit, and a little bit in the middle of bottom half.
Worth it though. I wouldn't reccomend people to go down though. Needs more snow. Just so I don't get into trouble
Well impressed with what has been done with it though.
The reason you could ski it was simple - greatly prepared slope during summer!!!!!
And that is what makes ...

And that is what makes the biggest difference of all.
Cleared of rocks and put loads of dried grass on the surface. Brilliant. Whoever had managed that project needs to be named. That is what I am talking about for so long and it just make it all worth the while. Let's hope we get some more snow and it should be just great.
We need to have snow cannos istalled in the whole resort from top to bottom to create a good base at the beggining of winter is the snowfall is poor and a dump like there was last week would make the whole resort near perfect.
And a water supply for the cannons (new reservoir)
Will we get it? Let's hope so. Since we cannot rely on nature anymore. If this most important investment isn't made soon I don't know how is the skiing going to look in the next few years
No one knows, so we should be prepared!
I will give you a call when I get to Pamps and if you have time get you to show us the slopes of Mechi chal finished off with several beers and good food that Chepelare have to offer.
Took people skiing to Cheps today from Pamporovo.
The main run is open all the way from top to bottom. Makes over 3km of good skiing.
Hopefully there is snow over the next couple of days
And it will be awsome.
Fingers crossed
