Hornster is back from Bansko

Hello fellow ski/board enthusiasts.

Well, as you can imagine I am well gutted to be back from what was the best week of skiing in banski EVER - bar none!!! All my predictions came true and we enjoyed FEET of snow, never mind about all this cm rubbish!! In fact, I think that it is still snowing. We were even able to ski right down to the lower gondola station - really awesome!!! The town was buried in snow and the snow-ploughs were kept very busy day and night clearing snow in the resort ...

If you changed sterling notes in Bansko can you tell me what rate you got.

Cheers. Glad you had a great time. Can't wait for mine. 25 sleeps to go.

I stayed in the Strazhite and changed my sterling in the hotel at a rate of 2.7 - pretty good I reckon.

Live in Tonbridge, Kent and work in London. I've no doubt I could find one in London which does exchange but nearest one doesn't so happy to change in resort with similar rates.

Morgate, Bromley and both Oxford street stores do currency, but you need to be order before hand!
