Helen and friends-- for a fantastic meal and quite reasonably priced(cheap) try the restaurant opposite the whitehouse, walk out of pamp hotel turn right, up the hill then turn right again the restaurant is on the right side(opp' the whitehouse--NOT the whitehouse), We spent 3 evenings there it's great atmosphere, music, brill' and service v.good, food excellent(try the mountain dish-for a starter-WOW!!!).

We stayed at pamp hotel last week and food has become more like school dinners, our fourth time and quite disappointed with food---sorry.

Helen, - We were at the Hotel Pamporovo for a week to 1st of Feb. and can't figure out the comments about the pool temperature, which I used each evening after a hard days skiing, and a free sauna, which is definately worth doing !
The temp. seemed ok to me, ( there's a guage on the wall by the pool reception desk, which shows all of the pool details - Chlorine levels etc.,), and I agree with the other thread comment, that cooler is better than warmer. - You do need to have your own ...

They will supply you with extra towels if you ask. BUT - they told us that ONLY the first sauna was free, but I dare say if you complain they will let you use it all week for free.
