Prosecutors are after illicit construction sites
"Prosecutors are strongly after unlawful construction sites in Bansko winter resort and in Bulgaria's Black Sea resorts. Two newly-built hotels in Bansko will be pulled down. Another 10 construction sites in the ski resort will be frozen. Yet another five sites have been banned," informed Deputy Prosecutor General Mityu Markov.
Five hotels in Sunny Beach resort have also been suspended.
"We have inspected only 181 sites in Bansko as this is only half of all construction sites there," Prosecutor Markov stated further.
Two of the hotels will be pulled down completely. One of them is a family complex where the internal walls have been constructed without a permit. The other hotel is being built without whatsoever papers for ownership. Hotel Siderlosh 3, complex Narcissus, Grand Bansko and C&G are among the frozen hotels.
The construction of a family hotel, residential building Star Han, parking lots and public places has also been blocked."

Future buildings could then be regulated and investors would be assured that buying in Bulgaria was risk free.
