Andie your area is OK.
When I went there 5 years ago I bought 6 places in Momch along straight away.But because the height is not reliable for snow and is a bit away from Pamp and Chep and in general from any big town(airport) and some days you get stuck with the road not been cleaned I shifted them all after, although I was very convinced I will keep one for myself.Get into the local office (mayors or club) and offer some volunteer work if you want while there about the area like ...

The kink with nature I would say will be more succesfull for you ( like walks,views,trails rather than launching it as a ski destination because it will never be a reliable place for that apart of just few weeks when you are lucky.Atract the green consciousnessly people and families from around the world rather that skiers!

Mikey - I really appreciated reading what you had to say about Momchil. Do you still have a place here or did you sell all of them?You are so right - there is so much to see and do here in this naturally beautiful area.

Fortunately for me years back I have bought very wisely and into the top top locations only.
nothing middle of the road with question marks.Thicked all of the boxes then 100%
so now at present I was in a very strong position.
One other thing which contributed is this:
there are always people going with the general flow even when the things get ugly, and leaving their brains in the airport' locker before take off .
Few of them bought without any ...
Fortunately for me years back I have bought very wisely and into the top top locations only.

But then again I was not exactly the one lurring them and trying to sell- you should see my posts here,there , in the papers etc.What you see is what you get.Nothing added nothing kept under the carpet.
I have sold to over age people which decided that so: Thanks for that chaps.!

I made my expected profit and more and now I am out because things are not going to get better for a long time in BG.
When things change, who knows, maybe I will be buying there again something of rather but then it will be very much lower that now.
Banks are stepping out and organising directions in their businesses to start managing and aquiring left properties from bad debtors and shifting them dirt cheap.
Soon we will see Dutch Property Auctions and in Bulgaria- where the bidding goes down instead of up until sold.
I love it!
I will come hard then with the power notes and get really good bargains.
Just have to wait a little, buy somewhere else and enjoy life to the full until the right time.
