Hi,
We Stayed in a twin in the older side, maybe we just had a really bad room. i'm not sure? But I will say that this should not put a black mark on the hotel, it was more than good enough once we had moved.
We looked forward to dinner too, it was a nice touch how the waiter lit a candle as you sat down.

i stayed there three years ago and going back again in a fortnight. couldnt knock it last time, hope this time round its just as successful.
