We have put a deposit down on an apartment of 40% 32,000Euros in Crystal's also. We feel we can not continue with the purchase as it is going to cost us to much due to the exhange rate. We have been offered to go into a shared ownership of an apartment that someone else has paid 60%deposit on in the same complex and he also can not continue with the purchase. However with so many apartments not taking any rent of any significant ammount we can not see how this resort is ever going to be a profitable investment. Can any one tell us anything positive about the future of Bansko that is factual rather than the fantasy stories that we have been fed for the last 3 years. Part of us would like to stay in but at the moment we can not see a financial reason for doing so.
