Can any one tell us anything positive about the future of Bansko that is factual rather than the fantasy stories that we have been fed for the last 3 years. Part of us would like to stay in but at the moment we can not see a financial reason for doing so.

Property usually goes up when the demand increases because the supply is kept low or restricted. In the case of Bansko, so much new development is going on that supply is outstripping demand. Personally I wouldn't invest in property in Bansko.
