Yes. I feel safer in Bulgaria than I do in many places in the UK.re: Is it Safe?
Its very safe. I was there 6 weeks ago without problems. They are working on the street lighting. No further building permits are being issued for 12 months or so to allow the infrastructure time to catch up. Im back out on saturday again for a week so I'll see you there! Pirin St is the main st & I personally prefer the bottom end around the church/bell tower square. Lots of little side streets with great mehanas. Bhudda Bar is opposite but beware if your half cooked as the bar staff will ...
