I'm in Sunny Beach at the moment, and the presence of the 'large chaps in leather coats' is far less prevalent than last year, and I have yet to see one vehicle with fully blacked out windows - it's as if a law has been passed against it.
Prices are rising though in resort, which is never good, and there seem to be infernal squabbles between holiday-makers and taxi ...

They have made significant progress in all of the areas highlighted by the EU Commission, and well on course to recieve the green light in final report, expected late September / Early October.

Off to Sozopol on Monday, Sunny Beach is getting too big for me! Great for the younger person though, there are lots of Danish here at the moment and they seem to be having a great time! A good-natured bunch.
