Yes, I was telling someone about this the other day and I said I thought it was really lovely because I feel like I know some of the people like personal friends i.e. yourself - it is nice Smile

Oops - sent the last posting 2x. I had not read at the time about Judith's dad. Yes, very sad Crying I lost my Mum last year to cancer (and my dad when I was only 16) - it's only me and my young son left in my family now - hence why he so SO special to me.

I'm the opposite. I have elderly parents, Mum 90, Dad 95. They are still living together in their own house but finding life a struggle these days. I am the only child so it all comes down to me. They have quite a bit of help these days though so I will have to see what happens.

I always feel it was abit ironic with me as I was adopted out from a young single mum - "for a better life" - which I am sure I got - but at 36 I have ended up an 'orphan' - strange how life turns out !! Anyway enough of me pondering on not so happy times.......roll on 2006 and more skiing Very Happy Very Happy
