"I would say advice should be given to ALL people accessing the lifts on what conditions are like at the top - then it is up to them to decide whether to ski or not after having been made fully aware of what to expect."

Unfortunately, this is Bulgaria. To provide such information does not cross their mind. They simply want to keep one run open so that they can still invoice the tour operators the full amount for their ski packs.

I really think more info is needed off the staff as i did ask one of them at the top if a run was open and they said they didnt know!!
