I agree, normally if you work out a contingency plan, you never need it... so everything crossed it will be fine.

Hello there, i can clearly see concern for Borovets, and yes the weather is slightly abnormal, there being no snow an all.
Frequently asked questions i this thread include 'whats the forecast' and 'whats the snow like' and here are ome helpful links to monitor yourselves!
Here's the first link... This site is generally quite in depth and accurate, apart from the temperature readings, for example it stated it being -2'c when actually, in reality it was +7'c.

As you can see, from the 1st of January it is showing signs of snow fall with a 11cm dump on the 2nd. So good times!
