I lost my passport last year. It can be done at the office as lond as your old passport was fairly new . That means on the computer system. I was resigned to no chance, but because i was on the computer, they did it there and then.

Thank you for everybodys replies they have helped a lot! Going to liverpool passport office this afternoon, the passport was found at machester airport, sent to imigration who then sent it to liverpool where it has been cancelled!!Hopefully, fingers crossed should be able to get a new one in time!

at least its not been copied and used to get credit, good look with getting the new one, take it you got that info from the number pete gave you.

I stupidly ripped my hubbys in half the other week thinking it was his old one nearly crapped my pants. Got the replacement one 2wks later. Let us know how you get on, hope you get it sorted today

I had my passport done in a day a couple of years ago. It cost me something like £94. There are quite a few offices where you can get them done, but I would make sure you have decent photos before you go. The queue for the photo booth in Liverpool was immense!!!!

Bought an advent calandar in Liverpool today.
Trouble was, all the windows were barred and someone had nicked all the chocolates
