In Borovez Crown offers 2,15 yesterday. Unicredit bank 2,17.

Sorry never changed in Borovez, the latest rates in Samokov was now too 2,13 may be the banks charged higher. In Samokov that was free of commision.

Normally you get the best exchange rate for Euro.
Don't looked in Borovez but in Samokov and was minimum 1,95 lev per Euro. The fixed national bank rate is 1,95583 lev per Euro.
