Borovets on the 28th Feb'
Just wondering, is it better to exchange money out there?
Best rate im getting here atm is 2.07.
Or does anyone know anywhere that gives better rates?

Ive only changed up £50 at 2.07 just to get something to eat and a few drinks on the first night. Then the next morning im gonna be hunting for that 2.25 rate

Yeah, hopefully someone on here will confirm what the banks are offering. That's if the snow thats due for the weekend doesn't close the airports here in the UK. 1 flake & all hell breaks loose

i used cash card visa yesterday at bank in pamps and got 2.21

the rate is creeping up because of the financial crisis in greece but the local exchange booths r not passing on.

2 days ago petes irish bar on pamps mountain were offering 2.15 located just below the mini wall.

note the local exchange booths offering 2.00

Sterling to Euro rate is falling slightly, that will dictate the lv - £ rate...

wont you get a charge from your bank for using your card abroad? therefore even if the rate is better you might find it equalling out a bit after the bank charge?
