four letters SHIT i am very dissapointed, money for extra curricular activities yes if we make a project for it then it will be passed around and agreed if it meets the criteria, oh yes and if i take classes they will pay me, i explained that i have been doing this for some tie and do not wish to be paid, but we do need extra staff and staff changes, they suggested that they employ me to take on three institutes at different ends of the country, i told them i have a job and a family and ths is not practicle, suggestion number 3 i open none proffit organisation they will pay maxiumum 50,000 euro to take on 3 institutes and provide extra curricular activities. They have however paid an architect 30,000 lev to draw some plans re the institute, this figure does not make sense with reference to the heating ths would be cross funding therefore not open to discussion. they dis tell me that they pay for 1 member of staff per 10 children and a full time nurse, i explaines there are 2 staff for 68 children and no resident nurse, they challenged the director, she said that she has advertised for more staff but no one wants to take up the job (this is crap) she is keeping the monies as far as i can see, i worked out that the director must be corrupt. i need now to sort out this problem as if the irector is corrupt i have to 100% prove this and i will, i will then take it to the top and i will expose this but i have to make a clear Assessment and be armed with facts, so far everything the director has told me is not true, I know how much the institute receives per child and this my friend is Oliver all over again Charles Dickens book being re lived in modern day times, the only difference is the country. These kids and this institute never stood a chance before, but the director was not prepared for me this can of worms is opened and am not putting the lid on it. The ball of wool is about to be un ravelled, i am pumped and ready. i am limited with time but if it takes me a year i will do it. The director left unhappy i left with her hotel bill and travel expenses.

i have not accepted any money and never would these were the proposals i turned down, I can not be bought, and now that i have eaten too many cc eggs i know i can not be tempted even for cc eggs.

The institute gets more money than i was aware of infact double, i will ensure that i get to the bottom of this, no stone will be left un turned. I will make the culprits squirm and more.

I need hard facts only, full itinary, full costs paid out per annum on the institute and children, i know that half the monies are not being spent but i have to proove it and believe me i will. Thank you for your offer of signitures ect but this time only hard facts will really count and i am onto that one x

It'a awfull thing to put up with Amanda,again i'm lost for words because what i see here is with out doubt fraud.If this had happened in the uk then charges would have been brought against the orphanage director....


I wonder if it would be money well spent to speak to a lawyer and a accountant and take advice on the correct course of action and what evidance you may need to further the cause,after all we are talking about EU law and i'm certain that bank account detail can be looked at and even frozen if required...

The problem with any funding is that it is always criteria driven. Some cases meet criteria others dont. However both could be in desperate need for funds and each equally diserving.

Another problem there is, is that any money pumped into this place will most probably be taken off at the other end. Thats the harsh reality.

The Romanian orphanages were big news in the early 90s. Most are still the same. Probably due to the reasons that Amanda et al are coming up against daily.

I feel partial funding for this place would be a black hole for money.
