re: Minus 12 degrees

again usually in the alps when booking your stay companies are offering and deals on ( place +lift pass all in).that way you will fully appreciate the kind prices there are in the alps and will start to ask yourself a series fundamental questions ....

re: Minus 12 degrees

Me and Mrs Griffin have booked a resort in the Grand-Massif (right by Mont Blanc) in France with Neilson. They're doing deals for ski passes for a pound which brought the price of our hoilday down by about £300. Bargin we though.
We know it's gonna be more expensive than bulgaria (been to Bansko for the past 2 yrs) but i spent the summer in France for the rugby and there are always cheaper ways of doing things.
At the end of the day, a holiday is what your prepared to make it - no matter ...

At the end of the day, a holiday is what your prepared to make it - no matter how much disposable income you've got!

Ali (my other half) is the ski agencies' worst nightmare: She phoned them all up and badgered them until one finally cracked and gave her a good deal to get rid of her!!! Wink Result! VT here we come!

re: Minus 12 degrees

i went to VT about 8 years ago and paid £3 for a can of coke at the top staition, but it was either that or melt some yellow snow!
Tequila logs with 10 shots in each were quite reasonable from memory in the bar the the left of the 45 degree sheet ice slope that gets you onto the main slopes from the centre of the resort!

re: Minus 12 degrees

I just got a great deal with Thomson for Obergurgl 19th jan, 4 star HB + lift passes, cheaper than Kempinski + passes in Bansko same time last year, bugger the cost of a drink on the hill, no queues, amazing snow, this might be the future, we were thinking of second holiday in BG but not so sure with deals like this about. Very Happy
