The calls that cost are as said if you get called from uk. so have your phone, but try txts before calls if you want a cheaper bill
yes previously vodafone and ornage have just gone into the local networks, my partners o2 didnt but o2 blamed him, il be taking my o2 fone this year but with vodafone fone as back up as i know it will change automaticaly
