You can do horse riding as well. Goes from the bottom of the black far side of the Apin.
My wife and girls loved it last year.
A visit to Georges on the Royal Residence pathway is nice as well. It's something you don't get in the Alps - just don't go round the back of the loo!
I really enjoyed doing the Musala Pathway with my kids (5, 8, 10 at the time) - in fact skiing with them made my holiday. We'd not been skiing for 10 years and never with kids so we were really psyching ...

Having said that I can really recommend letting Hunters give them expert tuition while you go and have a blast!
