I have bought there too, aiming to be completed this June just in time for a Summer vacation.Im in the District 1 where are you?
What have you done about Furniture packs? The ones they are offering range from E6000-12000 seem pricy

I agree, we have been sent the packages (seem pricey) but the quality looks really good. It depends if you want to keep in line with the rest of the decor. They include washine machines but no tv which suprised me, surely a tv would be more useful! I'm going to contact them and ask what options there are, ie can we change things around abit to suit individual needs.We're in District 1 too!!! Block 1

Were in Block 1 too!! Got a 2 week break and going to stay there in Aug (last two weeks). We could only afford a big Studio and as we really intend to use it for our own use (although with the credit crunch if there is any rental opportunity I may take it).I did see the Washing machine & the cooker & kitchen dining table and sofa bed.... will be demanding a proper double bed for our studio no questions.

We have gone for a studio too, just got back from visiting the place, it is coming along really well. We were told completion by Sept this year. If you go here there are some up-to-date photos.www.golfandspabulgaria.com

Are you facing the mountains Greece direction or the opposite direction?
The outdoor pool is supposed to be heated or so our sales rep told us and we were also told that there is an indoor swimming pool in Block 2 underground? Do you know if that is true or not?
Are you going to opt for a proper double bed or like they suggest a sofa bed (which IMHO is not very comfortable).

If there's room for a double bed, then I would much prefer that! We are facing the Mountains, not sure if it's Greece direction or not
We are looking out over the swimming pool area. Don't know about the heated pool in Block 2, we wern't told. Would be nice though

Were looking out over the swimming pool too - we had thought about going for the block which looked out onto the forest but then redecided we woulod rather have the option of looking out onto the pool - handy if in many years time we have nippers who are playing in the pool.
