Yes I spotted that too kitchen is more - however the Pirin Golf listings only provide you with a sofa bed whereas this gives you a sofa bed & full double bed also a 21 inch tv (although as we all know we can buy these pretty cheaply ourselves).
I was under the impression it would be completed by Jun-Jul08 and given that completion (final payment point) you need to have got the kitchen and other bits sorted out 2 months before hand.
From reading all the messages I can see that a few people have invested in the region. I have recently been told about the area for potential for investment, but having never visited the area or really knowing much about the Razlog/Bansko region, I'm looking for some feedback from people who have experience of the area.
Is Bansko an "up and coming" ski resort, with more and more slopes planned?
Would people recommend the area for investment potential? (Both with skiing ...
Hi everyone,
From reading all the messages I can see that a few people have invested in the region. I have recently been told about the area for potential for investment, but having never visited the area or really knowing much about the Razlog/Bansko region, I'm looking for some feedback from people who have experience of the area.

Would people recommend the area for investment potential? (Both with skiing in mind and other activities)
Apparently transfers from the nearest airport are approx. 3 hours at present...............i've been informed that there is a military airport approx. 30 mins away that they are looking to civilianize, does anyone know of the existance of this airport?!
Have to totally disagree with Mr Jeffrey (don't you ever have anything good to say about anyone?)
The price quoted is what all in my group are paying, no more no less apart from the discount he gave us as a group, and when some of our packages had too much furniture to fit in the apartment (they check that the furniture will fit and let you know/offer alternative) they happily take it out and reduce the cost of the package, which I used to upgrade my TV and buy additional items.

The delivery and installation charge was clear, fixed and has not changed, and was cheaper than all others we checked out.
Our development was delayed, (furniture ordered Oct/Nov07) and although our furniture was ready on time, he stored it for us for 2 months free of charge (didn't have to according to our contract), and when more than 30 of you have ordered that's a lot of storage required.
Our developers furniture was a joke, and we are all opting for a different management company as most developers packages are not in the owners favour (do your homework, don't take mine OR Mr Jeffrey's word for it).
I can't comment on who Mr Jeffrey knows, but I can give you our first hand experience of them.
Mikey and Mr Jeffrey, you must surely know each other, as you never seem to have a good thing to say.
Mr Jeffrey,
All I can tell you is of our experience, which is nothing like what you mention. IF you are lucky enough to have a good management company you should of course consider their furniture packages, BUT most people's experience is not this. Mr Jeffrey,
All I can tell you is of our experience, which is nothing like what you mention. IF you are lucky enough to have a good management company you should of course consider their furniture packages, BUT most people's experience is not this. With so many apartments at the moment NONE can guarantee rentals, which is why so many independant MC are offering their services (laundrey, key holding, meet & greet) etc without telling you about the great rentals they cansupposidly get you, and are even advising people they will probably get more by advertising etc themselves. None of my group (I'm in contact with 50+ buyers) are going with developer for Management, and this appears to be the trend with many development, so having every apartment kitted out like a hotel is not really a necessity these days, but as so many of our group have opted for Orpheus we can offer like for like between us if we want (we have our on website).
It's all very well and good offering advice, but yours (based on not personal though like mine) is rather harsh, especially compared to the service our group has received so far.
You may have stated you had first hand experience, but the content of your post's seem to be about other people's experience, your references being about a family and other developments. You don't follow up with your own experience, and as I said I was commenting on mine/ours as a group.

P.S. This post could go on forever, so we should just agree to disagree and let people make their own mind up
