Night Life in Bansko

Hey !!

My friends and I are planning to spend our New Year's Eve in Bansko. But we dont know anything about night life in Bansko, bars, clubs, discos ...
If someone knows any details about this subject please let me know !

Basko is very small (one small main street) and everything happens along this street or the short side roads just off it, so you can't go wrong - just follow the masses!

I have read a post that there are fireworks in the town square at midnight on new years eve and all the locals are out celbrating. I think if you want to eat any where other than your hotel you need to book before you go as the local people all go out.

What about the nights before and after The New Years Eve? People go to the disco? dance all night? or is quiet, and everybody goes to taverns and pubs? Wink

We will also be there for New Year!!We ( a group of 18!!) were also wondering the same thing. Where to go etc..
Anyway I am sure we will all have a ball.
Anybody out there who can recommend somewhere to eat that night??

we are a group of 20 or more. And we dont go there just for ski, we want to party !!! .. i hope we have a great time there. Smile

So we should't be worried. But the music in the disco is traditional bulgarian or is new music, for young people Very Happy ? Cuz on the internet i saw that there are plenty of traditional taverns, mehanas, but i didnt see any bars or discos.
