I had to get new tyres on my car yesterday. They asked if they had locking nuts. 'Not a bloody clue' was my response. 'That is why I am paying YOU to do it!' They looked at me blankly and my inadequacy really hit home!!
Once I get past this stubborn snowplough stance, perhaps I'll become a ski instructor. Don't know if my liver could handle ...

Hi Judith. Thanks for you encouragement. My previous company collapsed after I had been there for 20 years to the day!! Over 400 of us at once! I thought we were all being called together to present me with my clock!! 
I refused to get a job after that. It was my only job and I wanted it back!! LOL. Eventually, I moved on to this 'better thing'. Looks like that is going now, so on to the next 'better thing'. Can't wait to be made redundant from that one too . I'll be right at ...
