Josh, I think the people that post are mainly Borovets or Pamps on this board. We llive in Bansko and do try to update with things in Bansko when we can but we have been really busy and so not been able to post as much as we usually do. You cannot force people to post about Bansko or others resorts if they are just not popping onto this board anymore.
Bansko has maybe 3 other forums that people that just visit Bansko use and so they tend to post there instead of this board now as it is ...

Josh, I think the people that post are mainly Borovets or Pamps on this board. Nick - We post all year on here(steve c and me) but even though we live in Bansko we also post about the other resorts too giving any info we can about any new events there and new facilities etc. Borovets has always been the more apres ski resort so you are going to get alot more about fun and frolics that do involve drinking etc etc. Each to their own and everyone has a right to post what they want as long as it is not offensive. You do not have to read the posts that are not appealing to you but people do and then complain about it. Why read it in the first place if you are not interested just by-pass it to ones that do interest you..... easy!!

Dearest Moonhead, maybe Nick has something here, Borovetts twinned with Blackpool, or Bogna Regis, or even Minehead. Sometimes the simple things in like make me laugh, fun fun fun bring it on 23rd Feb.

I definitely agree with Josh, this board is more about Boro than any of the other areas, it was very biased towards Pamps a while ago so there are obviously swings... It is not an issue really, if the odd individual requires info about Bansko (you know, the best resort in BG) we will oblige

Nick - guess you might be on a wind up and others have fallen for it hook line and sinkerIf not.... I must say I find Bansko a really nice place great for the family & honestly not that many boozing bars relative to Mehanas. Personally I really enjoy the Mehanas and love a belly full of food and goes without saying when on holiday I'll have a few more glasses of whatever than if I were at home.

I disagree we went on a stag weekend to Blackpool and found it hard to find a knocking shop or street lady , where as in Borovets , there easy to find

I have to make you right on this one Nick. I'm all for the après ski but now having been I found Borovets just a bit too cliche for my liking. I seem to have had my yesterday's post pulled. Whilst it wasn't anti Bulgaria, nor anti Borovets, it didn't promote Bobby's, and did suggest Sunny's bar a really great alternative to the usual "less than polite" door staff inviting one into their establishment. I'm sure that this kind of resort appeals to many, it's why many return I'm sure but it's ...
