thanks guys... any advice is helpful... i already have pro-feet liners in after 2 hours skiing i took my boots of and though i'd sprained my left foot as it was killing... felt like had twisting movements in that i don't think should have been there. also the upwards movement of my heel was greater...
sigh... i have emailed the shop and they said bring them back in but i don't know whether they will change the boots now that i've skiid... the session was a boot proving session but i feel ...

I went into the buying with limited knowledge so was relyin on the staff... i tried some 25s at a different shop and though they were too tight but i think they'd have been right!
