yes it is more expensive in resort.

The problem is most tour operators won't let you book a ski pack for a 7 year old.
Probably worth asking again though.

Look at it this way, if you have to pay £150 for your 7 year old for a weeks tuition and skis etc. it's still a bargain when you think of what you have saved on a ski hol anywhere else.

When are you going ?

Get every thing at the home end as it is twice as much in the resort

That is good advice but the tour operators I have booked with refuse to sell you ski gear for children under 8 years old so how can you book it here ?
