Section 1. Fact: 1.New, possibly open for start of winter 04 season 5 star hotel (no name yet) being built opposite the Bowling bar entrance to Perelik, the car park opposite Snezhanka has mostly been excavated to depth of about 40 ft. It looks like an underground car park/entrance to the new hotel. In the space of just 5 wks this hotel grew from foundations to 8 fls high. 2. The White Hart has gone Also Bonjour Shop connected to the back of the pub, also part of the covered Shopping walkway incl two shops closest to the pub entrance.. In thier place: A large extended car park where the pub was and New construction of the New lift Base station/Ski Depot/Apres ski bar. 3. Murgavets Hotel extension work well underway to the swimming pool area/ ground floor (Road side.. the back of the hotel). 4. New lift being installed in place of the old single seater from the Bus station to Studenets Ski Area, Also all the car park area has been developed but only with a single entrance to the car park area ( it had in/out entrances previously), the large building there has also been refurbished. 5. Studenets Piste (from the middle station down to malina ski area) Has been completely resurfaced all the way down and across its width to the trees. Where there was before a long flat (passing the steep drag on the left. The Poma), It now has a constant gradient all the way (1000's of tons of sand has been depositted here, amazing to see). 6. Malina Ski area car park has been extended to an area of about 4 times its previous size, it now covers all of the large dip/stream area in front of the main ski depot with no loss to the junior slope area (not very pretty without snow to cover the million tons of hard core there though). Those are the facts.. If you are interested in Section 2 'Rumour': Things i have heard from people who have been in pamporovo all year (it still doesnt make it reliable though) Please bear in mind that this stuff as far as possible will be confirmed or discounted by me Before anyone arrives on holiday, So Dont Worry. ...
