Hi Caz
A snowboarder took me out at the end of my first day!!!
I fell and twisted my knee, the next day I knew something was up so I told my rep, he rang the doctor, he took me to his surgery had me examined and x rayed in 30 mins. Ambulance back to the hotel and rest......................very impressed and reassured. No excess to pay on my insurance so that was good. Needless to say take all your paper work - just incase, fingers crossed that you will not need it.
