just back from pamps as a beginner 2 hayley. we did not use the one man lift although i thought it looked fine. by the end of the first week we had used the hand toe pully lift thing, the 3 man and four man chair lift and the disk lift that goes in between your legs. i cant remember the proper name for it. the 3 man lift takes u up to the top of the mountain and its amazing the view u get. it is high but its so cold going up there that u hide your face most of the time anyway.. hehehe dont ...

I'm not great at heights my first year sking and first trip on a lift was the single man due to the three man maintenance check, I was terrified but with encouragement from our instructor, husband and others in my group i made it the assisteant at lift will also help you pull bar over if you tell him you need help I've only done that lift once more in 3 years but got on it no problem last year, in fact the button & drag lifts are more of a problem
