i sent away for mine just after christmas and it came within ten days. they should only take three weeks at the latest. you still have loads of time.

Post Office 'Check and Send' service is a god send.. Mine took 5 days from giving to the Post Office, to it dropping onto my doormat just before christmas! Also, get you passport pictures done at the Post Office that checks it... If there is anything wrong (mine was reflection on glasses), they give you the money to go get new ones...!

I just done mine sent it off at start of Jan got it back just over a week later so its all good

Renewed my passport in september @ Peterboro'. Same day. 4 hour wait cost £94.
