Hi, has anyone else purchased in the Golf and Country Club. Anyone have any updates, completion dates etc...?Follow link for up to date photo's taken by my Father In-law.

I have bought in Pirin 1, i have seen the pics on the pirin golf forum, looking very nice, have you any news on the completion dates, hoping to go out in feb.

Adrian - I have bought in Pirin 1 too & was expecting completion date of Jan09/Feb09 however this has now changed to Sept09 due to them focusing on the Hotel to be complete for next ski season.... I had planned on using it later this ski season & have a relaxing 2 week summer break.
I think they will offer you the option of taking something in Downtown which is completed up to 5m2 bigger for no additional cost.
I however chose our place as it had a south facing balcony looking out onto ...

The actual construction/buildings which are complete are stunning really top notch - Its just annoying. When I originally bought back in 2006 the completion date was Jun08 so the agent stated but when the contract came through it stated that it would be Sept09 & then any delay there would be compensation paid - so not sure exactly how things play out now.

Hi Welshy,We have bought in Pirin 1 and in or contracts it states, if they don't complete in 24 months from the date of it being signed they then have to start paying compensation(we signed Feb 06, so that's nearly up) Where did you here that completion won't be until Sept 09 and did they offer you a larger apartment in downtown? If so who are you in contact with, I like the sound of that
