I would love it if they opened 14 (safety being considered). I believe the Bulgarian Ski Team used it mostly for training their Apline ski team.

I was in Borovets over Christmas and as we got there , it snowed for 3 days and at the top there was 80cms snow - but they didnt touch it the next day - my boyfriend is a boarder and loved the fresh snow...but for skiers it was a nightmare..

was considering emailing them but wanted to confirm what other people's problems/concerns were, to add to the mail.

the problem you have is that if its snowing heavily at night the bashers wont go out, as its a cost/benefit thing, which is what happened in Boro at Xmas, and they very rarely go out during the day, due to the safety aspect, (see what happened to the russian skier in bansko!) also there are various takes on fuel situation, though we always found them most accomodating when a few lev changed hands!!
