have a look on teletext they had half board on fron £159 give the company a ring. January is a quiet time for people going away thats why those weeks are always cheaper you can usually get flights if you dont care where from. the cheapest way to hire skis, lift pass ect... is to book learn to ski most in bulgeria are around £80 each if you don't need the leasons don't bother going.

Get a job over there. Work in a chalet or as a rep. Get paid and go skiing.
