re: Rila hotel downgraded.

I've often wondered when staying in a 4 star say in Spain or similar (or even the UK) how on earth is this place a 4 star??? maybe 20 years ago ....

Ive not been to the Rila so no idea if it ever was worthy of 4 star previously and now its only 3 star.
Actually this rating s purely a tour operator rating not its official rating.

I'd generally use Trip Advisor to give the best view of a place - ive yet to see falsely claimed comments.

We went first time last year to Rila. Great Hotel & Location for all. As Dbut says wont upgrade to much better from Rila. Swimming pool fab after a ski with kids. Food not great but you will get by we did!! Anyway quite reasonable to eat out.


Just thought Id ask about your price for your holiday seems a great price when I priced with Crystal came to £2664 for us 2 adults - 2 kids 14 - 10, did you have a deal thts a fab price!!
