This is true for Spain but not sure about Bulgaria: Stay away from salads also, most of them have been washed in the tap waters.

I am replying on behalf of Simmo as i was part of the 'sick group'! Ice Angels is a great hotel...rooms are fantastic..all really clean and modern....the location is the best. However the food is low quality and there is not much choice..would suggest eating out in the evenings! (the black cat is next door and is great!)..breakfast is ok (except the coffee). The staff are ok ...some are really helpful and some are just miserable!. Anyway have fun and dont go near the water!!
