argos offer a policy 50 pound per day piste closure. no excess and payable from day of closure

Sorry - not sure why I asked that when I am perfectly capable of trawling for myself! I was being lazy!
The Argos policy works out about 33% more expensive than the direct travel policy I took out and yes it does pay £50 per day but only up to a max of £250. It also only talks about complete resort closure so we would not have been able to claim if we had taken out this policy. Direct travel pays out on 80% of resort being closed.

That being said - I've not received the cheque yet!!

Got the cheque this morning - paid out in full - no quibbles. Covered half the cost of the lift passes for us so better than nothing!
