Worth a visit for the shopping if you are self catering but also visited a couple of restaurants - Madrava Kushta and Nicos both tucked around the back streets but the taxi drivers know them.

Hey Tateyheed,no the Tapas Bar is called Sangria, it was not so bad last time.
The Schatrata is behind both to the River, the great wooden building. The Tapas bar now is selling Vino i Mese, or Vino e Tapas for 2,99 lv. Try out may be you like it.
So I have to go out for eating, first try the East - West, fingers crossed, if not I will try to get a place in Starata Kaschta, not so cheap as Paul find...
