re: Samokov Hotel Kettle Question

The fact that I asked this question Dimitar goes to show that I don't assume anything.
Although I'll assume you have a chip on your shoulder regarding British people.

I'm not the type to complain which is why I asked in the first place numpty!

re: Samokov Hotel Kettle Question

Have we established that there is no kettle?
If so, do we also assume that there will be none of the little biscuits in the plastic wrapper?

re: Samokov Hotel Kettle Question

When travelling with the car I take my 6ltr pressure cooker - there's never a big enough saucepan to cook pasta or lentils in! Hubby thinks I'm crazy - BUT at least I know my youngest will eat at least one meal!

Nelly I watched the Royale family special online VERY FUNNY (if anyone wants the link let me know - think I can still find it!) - just goes to show a frying pan is needed when travelling to the coast in UK - in a caravan!

Hi Jayne, yes I want to get informed about the Royals as well.
Please post the link at the forum or send a PM.

F3z,

It never occurred to me that you were driving to Bulgaria, as indicated by Jayne, above.

Now this puts a different slant I things.

I too think that you should take a 6 litre pressure cooker. If the car is already full you can buy a good roofbox from Halfords, complete with roofbars, for around £400.

Be aware that you will encounter many toll roads as you drive through Europe and in Eastern Europe the roads are not always in good condition. If I drive to Borovets from my house in Worcestershire it is 1680 miles on the shortest route but expensive on tolls. I find that I can avoid most tolls and use only quality road surface if I take an alternative route that is 2550 miles and takes six days.

Hope this helps.

Good luck,

N.

re: Samokov Hotel Kettle Question

Hi Nudger - actually Nelly never said she was driving there - I said what I take when we drive!

Which also raised the possibility that F3z could be driving.

F3z asked a sensible question but it was a little ambiguous. The method of transport is relevant, as you have so eloquently illustrated.
