Monty - friend of mine offers a airport transfer to and from Pamps and will leave a hire car with you for however long you want one.

He will pick you up from Sofia airport and take you back on departure. email me if you are interested.

I have a TomTom with World maps on...I was puttting in on and off when on bus to see how long to go.

It picked up the main roads no problem, and would have got us to Bansko but I think with about the last 10 mins of journey the bus driver knew a shortcut which was not on TomTom...but was handy! Very Happy

Andie would that be Jordan by any chance, my family has used him before and said he offered a great service.My thoughts are the transfer is about 90 euro each way but I can hire a car for about £120.00 for the week. My only concern is if theres a lot of snow on the mountain road. so i will wait closer to the time and get a better idea of conditions. I hope though theres loads of snow for fantastic skiing Very Happy

Used BG maps on my Garmin - worked perfectly... got us to Borovets no probs Smile
