The Samokov hotel has a large ski and boot room in the lower lever of the hotel, I havnt stayed at the samokov for a few years now but i used to leave my skis and boots there with no problems,
The attendant there gives you a ticket which has a number which corresponds to the rack where he leaves your skis.
Just show up and hand over the ticket and your skis and boots arrive on the dest infront of you.
