Well, you can send what you want to the newspapers, but they are bound by the same laws if they publish it ... even in a letters page, if they print it, they are responsible for it. Also, if we repeat it on radio we're as culpable.

The laws are tightening up, especially in light of the Italian case against YouTube/Google ... site owners are responsible for content.

If you don't like the cake - don't eat it.

Mat if you know it all then go set up your own site - nobody is stopping you, but as a guest on here you either abide by our decisions or you leave - simple as.


The new site will be troll free and that will be a benefit to all.

Can't quite understand why you come on here at all if you dislike it so much - very strange indeed

I like this site, it does what it says on the tin.
I like knowing about the snow and bars, after all i am going on a ski holiday and will be eating and drinking!?!

I dont understand why people are so off with the mods? if you make horrible remarks or break the rules you get deleted. If you dont like the site go some place else, try doing a google search for "B****h fest Bulgaria!!"

Mat, If you think the new rules are a problem try posting a trip report on TripAdvisor. Good luck.

I tried posting a Borovets report and after the preliminary stage 1 and stage 2 'vetting' process my review was no closer to being published and so I gave up. To many questions to answer and agreements to agree to, it was far too painful just to post a review.

Anyone who thinks the rules are protectionist, try posting cr&p on independent ski forums like j2 ski or Snow heads. It will be deleted aswell if the mods deem it slanderous. I've seen it happen.
