Nudger - I have seen with my own eye's - Spyder in TKMaxx! I even picked the jacket up and tried it on. It was lovely, but not sure it would have lasted one night in Black Tiger. If you wear Spyder you gotta keep your eyes on it when you're not wearing it. Although it's way out of my price range, I'm more comfortable in something that's not going to attract too much attention. A guy had his nicked whilst we were away last week. Think fab underwear will do the trick! Hope you both ...

You could also consider good ole British Berghaus, the pioneer of ski clothing with breathable qualities... Columbia if near the top of the range...

I always advised to purchase at least one decent piece of skiwear a season, be it a jacket or even just a good pair of gloves... Fashion is not everything, durability and performance is... clothes do not maketh the skier but if your warm and dry, at least you will be comfortable while trying
