Glad you managed to sell it on Sully. Your situation also raises a point I know other folk have been caught out on. People often book a holiday ahead with a view of just getting travel insurance (I know not in your case as you were going to buy an annual cover) for the time they are away and plan to get it 'nearer the time' as most think of insurance to cover you when AWAY should something happen at that time. People sometimes forget that if any prob arises before you go of course insurance may cover this. I almost fell prey to this myself once. I now always get an annual cover and make sure it is kept up to date.

Sorry you've missed your hols this time but at least it sold and as you say - you can look forwards now.
