You might want to want to forget that idea Mr Watts. Ambition is a good thing, falling is a good thing if you learn but landing on yer face at 100kph at so great!!!!!
There are jumps that they use in the ski show on Wednesday evenings. If you feel confident by then maybe you could offer to be the party piece!!
We went up the original 4 man lift last year and when we were skiing back down came across the ski jump that I think Richard was talking about. If you're really serious then talk to an instructor but make sure you have suitable insurance and that you can snowplough!!
Well I haven't tried to snowplough yet (except in my front room) but I think that parrallel stopping looks a bit more classy. Although I did once try that at Streatham ice rink and ended up on the floor.
This ski show sounds the business though, I see possiblities of an Evil Knievel style jump over 20 bulgarian bears and a snowplough.
That should get the Apres Ski crowd in the mood don't you think Ellie??!
