Ski Passes

Went to Bulgaria 3 years ago and the ski passes had to be attached by elastic to a plastic tag that you fixed on your jacket.

Does anyone know if this is still the case or have they changed to the electronic type that you just walk past a sensor.

re: Ski Passes

Electronic Sharon, you attatch them to a pass holder (can buy locally if you dont have one), this clips onto your jacket, and that pulls out the pass to slip into the reader at the gate of the lift or drag whatever. (similar to most resorts nowadays).

re: Ski Passes

Cheers for that, now we needn't take our little plastic things - that should save some weight in the suitcase !!!!!!!!

re: Ski Passes

Oh no! I will have to pack them - when my hubby went to Italy last year, all they had to do was to put them into an inside pocket or a pocket on your sleeve and walk past a sensor - no elastic involved.
