Our instructor (who was taking part) told us to be at the Bar Deva(s) before 7pm, so we could watch the show for free rather than pay 20 euros or something equally exhorbitant.
We were at Bar Devas which is on the left of the green nursery slope going down towards Ice Angels, but lingered a little too long over our pizza and had to watch from a bit further back but could still see everything.
we saw it last week from the ice angels hotel (our friends were staying there and had a great view) it was good but not worth the 22 lev they wanted as an entrance fee.
Yeah I watched it from the bar when I was there in January, definatly NOT worth 22lv per person. Just sit in the bar and have two or three drinks (far cheaper and warmer) and think about how glad you are that you haven't been ripped off!!!
What do they do exactly? Is it jumps and acrobatics or racing each other or what? Am out in early so wonder if I will see it then - was in Boro 2 year ago and did not know about it then.
I went to see it 2 weeks ago, after a quiz nite in Frankos, with lots of free wine!!!
We weren't prepared to pay the 22 lev's so sat it a bar opposite the jump, i think it was the flower bar!! Not to sure tho, there was a guy in there with his gutar singing his little heart out!!
I really would't reccomend paying to watch it though, it wasn't that impressive, i seem to rember a few of them fell over!! You get just as good a view from in one of the bars tho.
They have sync. skiing and snowboarding, individuals, jumps, slalom races, fire torch procession. Crowds loved it when jumpers fell! (Which quite a few did).
