standing up straight and keep standing up on your tip toes, going up and down. Very fast constant repetitions builds up calf muscles and stamina. just try doing a it fast paced for 60 seconds, you'll feel it.

hi twinkle the vodka sounds great advice 4 me but as my husband doesnt drink squats against the wall are the best! 3 WEEKS 5 DAYS !!!!!!
