Listen, i'm very much in the eyes glued to the weather reports and webcams from as soon as I get back to work from Christmas. I worry too. I will be going to Borovets for the 9th year in a row in Feb and despite often rubbish snow forecasts, I have never missed a day skiing due to lack of snow. I tend to go last week of Jan or Feb half term week. Maybe I have been lucky but as long as you go with the view that you may not be able to ski all of the runs all of the time you should be ok.
