I thought about putting them in with the big skis and just putting the bindings in the hold luggage to keep it under 10kg. But the airline is stipulating that the carriage cost is for one pair of skis in the ski bag and knowing how finicky airline staff can be, I don't know if is worth the risk!!!

Been a fair discussion on ski carridge T&Cs over on snowheads.com recently, seems most people get away with sticking whatever they can in the ski bag but of course it is down to luck
